Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Alder Hildebrand is an illustrator, illuminator, and whatever else he can get his hands on. After receiving his BFA in Illustration in 2026, he's now working as a freelance illustrator focusing on character designs and narrative illustrations. 

The adventurous, magical, and arcane has always drawn his interest, and is something he utilizes fully within his art to bring his creations to life. That, mixed with his habits of pulling motifs from art history for inspiration, lends itself to a blend of the familiar and the imaginary - which he strives to keep present in everything he creates. 

When he’s not drawing, he’s probably playing various TTRPGs, something that shows up frequently in his art, or delving into some historical deep dive on Wikipedia.
